Design Notes

The J gene was amplified from Technion's 2012 BioBrick BBa_K784017. The sequence contains a number of illegal PstI restriction sites. We haven't been able to complete the removal of the restriction sites in time; so the part has not as yet been submitted to the registry.

The sequence derives from the bacteriophage lambda genomic sequence, and was adapted from Technion's 2012 BioBrick BBa_K784017.
